Reedy Point Bridge down to one lane for month of May

PHILADELPHIA (May 5, 2015) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Philadelphia District announced today that traffic on the Reedy Point Bridge will be reduced to one lane to facilitate installation of a suicide prevention fence.

Traffic during the lane closure will be controlled by automatic  signals at each end of the bridge. The installation of the fence on the Delaware City, Del.,  bridge is expected to begin today and take about three weeks to complete.
