The applicant has applied for a Department of the Army permit to close and fill an existing boat basin, stabilize 108 linear feet of shoreline with riprap and construct a boat dock and boat lift along the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 114 Gills Neck Road in Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware.
