The applicant, Penn Terminals LLC, proposes to perform maintenance dredging, by mechanical or bucket method, within their existing ship berth area as previously authorized by this office. The proposed project site is located in the Delaware River, at the applicant’s existing marine terminal, approximately two miles upriver from the Commodore Barry Bridge (U.S. Route 322), at 1 Saville Avenue, in the Borough of Eddystone, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
