From Amtrak 30th Street Railroad Station:

Taxi:
• A taxi from the train station is around $5.00. Ask for Wanamaker Building, 100 Penn Square East, across from City Hall.
• Use Juniper street entrance (by bronze "Paper Boy" statue).
• Take escalator at right, up to the lobby.
• Ask desk security guard for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, 6th Floor.
Subway: 
• Exit station on 30th Street. Walk to Market Street (1/2 block) for subway entrance.
• Pay $2.00, take Market/Frankford Subway line eastbound to 13th Street stop.
• Go to street level (Market Street), walk toward City Hall and past Macy's Department Store entrance.
• Turn left at corner, proceed to Wanamaker Building office entrance on Penn Square East (Juniper St. side).
• Take escalator at right, up to the lobby.
• Ask desk security guard for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, 6th Floor.

From Pennsylvania Turnpike, Valley Forge, King of Prussia:

• Take I-76 East (Schuylkill Expressway) to I-676 (Vine Street Expressway) Eastbound.
• Exit I-676 at 15th Street, turn right on 15th (one-way traffic) to City Hall.
• At City Hall bear left off 15th onto Penn Square.
• Go past Broad Street--the Wanamaker Building entrance is straight ahead on Juniper Street.
• The parking garage entrance is also on Juniper Street--a right turn directly in front of the building entrance, then look to the left.
• From any level of the parking garage, walk to the elevator and take it up to the lobby ("L").
• Ask desk security guard for U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, 6th Floor.

From New Jersey:

Via Betsy Ross Bridge:
• Head south on I-95 to I-676 (Vine Street Expressway) exit.
• Take I-676 Westbound to Broad Street Exit ramp.
• Turn right onto 15th Street south, proceed to City Hall.
• At City Hall bear left off 15th onto Penn Square.
• Go past Broad Street--the Wanamaker Building entrance is straight ahead on Juniper Street.
• The parking garage entrance is also on Juniper Street--a right turn directly in front of the building entrance, then look to the left.
• From any level of the parking garage, walk to the elevator and take it up to the lobby ("L").

Via Ben Franklin Bridge:
• Take I-676 Westbound to Broad Street Exit ramp.
• Turn right onto 15th Street south, proceed to City Hall.

• Turn right onto 15th Street south, proceed to City Hall.
• At City Hall bear left off 15th onto Penn Square.
• Go past Broad Street--the Wanamaker Building entrance is straight ahead on Juniper Street.
