Notes:  (1) Temporary storage in flood control pool for drought emergency.
        (2) Summer flood control storage is 27,109 AF. Winter flood control
        storage is 32,383 AF. Summer season extends from, 15 April to
        15 October. Winter season extends from 1 November to 1 April.
        Two weeks are allowed for the pool's transition.
        (3) A water year is from October 1 through September 30 of the next
        calendar year. Example:  Water year 1998 is from October 1, 1997
        through September 30, 1998.
        (4) To convert from NVGD to NAVD subtract 0.73 feet.
        (5) Peak discharge is estimated based on outlet and spillway
        ratings contained in the Water Control Manual.  The value
        includes flow from both the outlet and spillway.
