      <description>The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ Philadelphia District completed construction on a fourth Alternate Care Facility in East Orange, New Jersey as part of the ongoing response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.&lt;br/&gt;

Construction began April 9, 2020 and was completed on May 3, 2020. The mission was part of a federal, state, and local response to the COVID-19 Pandemic.' /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
