The permit applicant, Jetty Bar, LLC, proposes to reconstruct an existing bulkhead, remove existing dock structures, install a new marina facility, and perform mechanical maintenance dredging over a ten-year period. The stated purpose of this project is to protect the fill and upland improvements on both the subject property and adjacent properties through bulkhead reconstruction; improve and replace mooring structures for public and private use; and maintain sufficient water depths for safe navigation and docking at the marina.
