The sponsor, Mitigate Pennsylvania, has proposed a mitigation bank (pursuant to regulations at 33 CFR 332) in Chadds Ford, Delaware County, P.A. Work involves restoration and enhancement of streams and wetlands. The purpose of the proposed project is to provide offset for future impacts to resources regulated under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, Section 10 of the Rivers & Harbor Act, and Chapter 105 under Title 25 of Pennsylvania Code.
