Due to substantial shoaling present within Nacote Creek Basin State Navigation Channel #167, the permit applicant requested a 15-day Public Notice for the proposed project to allow for maintenance dredging to be conducted during Fall 2025.

The stated purpose of this project is to protect the fill and upland improvements on both the subject property and adjacent properties through bulkhead reconstruction; improve and replace mooring structures for public and private use; and maintain sufficient water depths for safe navigation and docking at the marina.
