Norfolk Dredging Company Leverman Wayne Evans operates anchor wedges aboard the Dredge Essex during operations on the Delaware River in November of 2013. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Philadelphia District and its contractor Norfolk Dredging Company completed maintenance dredging on the Delaware River between Philadelphia and Trenton in December of 2013.
