The Delaware River Urban Waters Federal Partnership met April 4 in Philadelphia to discuss ways to reconnect residents of four local cities to their waterways. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is one of 12 federal members of the partnership, which encompasses more than 100 agencies, including schools, environmental groups, economic development agencies and governments at every level. Heather Jensen, Strategic Planner for the Philadelphia District, represents the District in the partnership and presented at the conference.
