A barefoot water skier competes during the 2014 Eastern Regional Barefoot Waterski Tournament. The event was held at Prompton Dam in Northeastern Pennsylvania on July 18-19. Prompton Dam is owned and maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Philadelphia District.
