USACE Philadelphia District Commander Lt. Col. Michael Bliss joined Congressman Frank LoBiondo, NJDEP Commissioner Bob Martin, and state and local officials on April 17 to kickoff dredging and beachfill operations in Ocean City, N.J. as part of the Great Egg Harbor Inlet to Townsends Inlet project.
