Andrew Yoder spoke during a May 7 media event with Congressman LoBiondo, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, local communities, and contractor Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company. The event kicked off construction of the Long Beach Island Storm Damage Reduction Project, which is designed to reduce damages from future storm events.
