George Sauls (front), Dave Williams (right) and Keith Watson (back) served in the Hydrology and Hydraulics Branch for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Philadelphia District. Sauls served as chief of the branch from 1986-2003 and then served as Northern Area Engineer until his retirement in April of 2017.
