USACE Survey Vessel H.R. SPIES

The USACE Marine Design Center oversaw construction of the USACE Survey Vessel H.R. SPIES for the USACE Philadelphia District. The vessel will be used to survey the federal channel of the Delaware River & Bay and the Chesapeake & Delaware Canal.
