The Old City Fife and Drum Corps performed at the USACE Philadelphia District Change of Command ceremony on July 12, 2019 in the Wanamaker Building. Lt. Col. David C. Park assumed command of the District from Lt. Col. Kristen N. Dahle and became the 60th commander in the District's 153 year history.
