LTC Jeffrey Beeman (near, left) assumed command of the USACE Philadelphia District from LTC Ramon Brigantti (right) during a July 7, 2023 ceremony. Beeman became the 62nd commander in the District's 157-year history. Col. John P. Lloyd, Commander of the North Atlantic Division, presided over the ceremony.
