In collaboration with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and other agencies, USACE has implemented a portable washing station to reduce the spread of the invasive hydrilla, an aquatic invasive species in the form of a plant mass that often attaches to boaters’ anchor. The station was made possible through the USACE Handshake Partnership Program.
