HAVERTOWN, Pa (Jan. 13, 2026) Remediation work continues at the Havertown PCP (Pentachlorophenol) Superfund site in Havertown, Pennsylvania, a polluted former railroad and lumberyard with contaminated groundwater. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers are working together to remediate the contaminated materials at the site.
