PHILADELPHIA (September 10, 2014) - The U.S. Army Corps Engineers' Philadelphia District has announced that remaining water stored at Francis E. Walter Dam will be used to augment downstream flows by 50 cubic feet per second (up to a total maximum release level of 300 cubic feet per second) starting this Saturday, Sept. 13 until the storage is exhausted. Per the current plan, the Corps is already augmenting by 100 cubic feet per second (also up to a total of 300 maximum) through this Friday, Sept. 12.
