The Delaware River Waterfront Corporation (DRWC) is seeking Department of the Army authorization to conduct site remediation by means of bulkhead encapsulation for two (2) existing PADEP Act 2 Contaminated Waste areas (Piers 27N to 30N and Piers 31N to 35N).
