The applicant, the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, proposes to perform thin layer deposition of sediment across a degraded tidal salt marsh in Brick Township, Ocean County, New Jersey. This thin layer deposition will be conducted by spreading approximately 60,000 cubic yards of suitable dredged sediment into a series of five cells.
