The applicant, the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center, proposes to perform hydraulic maintenance dredging adjacent to Piers 3 and 4 of the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, City of Cape May, Cape May County, New Jersey. The work would involve the removal of a maximum of 42,000 cubic yards of sediment from approximately 6 acres of harbor below the mean high water line. All material would be pumped to the existing to the existing TRACEN confined disposal facility (CDF). It should be noted that the site has been dredging regularly in the past.
