The applicant has requested a Department of the Army permit to construct a 10-slip docking facility in Herring Creek located at Sisters Lane, Millsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The purpose of the project is to provide for a private recreational vessel docking facility for members of the family to utilize. Public comments are due by Jan. 2, 2020.
