The applicant, Gold Bond Building Products LLC (formerly National Gypsum of New Jersey), proposes to initially dredge approximately 12,000 cubic yards of sediment by mechanical method from within 2.7 acres of berthing area. The location for the proposed work is 1818 River Road, Burlington City, Burlington County, New Jersey. The overall dredging area would extend to the Federal navigational channel. The applicant's stated purpose is to restore adequate water depths for water dependent shipping. Public comments are requested by Jan. 13, 2022.
