The applicant, Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, has applied for a modification to the existing Department of the Army permit to conduct hydraulic dredging of White Creek, as well as a portion of the northern end of the Assawoman canal in Sussex County, Delaware. This public notice is required due to a significant change in the scope of the existing permit.
