ACTIVITY: As part of the overall redevelopment of the former Lehigh Structural Steel industrial site the applicant proposes to construct four storm sewer outfalls, two floating docks, and a floating fountain within the Lehigh River. The redevelopment project will turn the former industrial area into a mixed use business, retail and residential complex consisting of multiple buildings, parking facilitates and a walking path along the Lehigh River.
