The docking area will consist of structures with dimensions of 5’ x 98.5’, 37’ x 4’ and 5’ x 142.7’ and associated one foot wide finger piers. The applicant proposes to place an additional 2,220 square feet of rip rap along the existing bulkhead. In addition to the rip rap and living shore line will be implemented with approximately 12,305 square feet of Spartina restoration, including Spartina alterniflora and patens.
