The applicant proposes to complete a two-phased project over a two year period. The project will involve maintenance dredging, both hydraulic and mechanical within Arrowhead Lake and its tributaries within the Arrowhead Lake Residential Community in multiple locations in Coolbaugh and Tobyhanna Townships, Monroe County, Pennsylvania.
