    The applicant proposes to conduct hydraulic maintenance dredging in the artificial tidal lagoon and its associated access channel (approximately 2,800 linear feet) within the Dogwood Acres community in Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The dredged material will be hydraulically pumped to an existing confined disposal site located at the eastern end of Piney Neck Road in Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware. The purpose of the project is to maintain navigable depths for safe access to/from and within the lagoon. Public comments are due by July 25, 2018.     The applicant, Seaview Harbor Marina, is proposing to perform maintenance dredging of 5,580 cubic yards of sediment from within the marina. Dredging of the marina will not exceed a depth of 6 feet below mean low water. Dredging would be conducted by mechanical method with the dredged material transferred from barges to a temporary onsite upland containment area where the sediments would de-water and then be trucked offsite to a recycling facility located in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey for final disposal. The marina facility is located along Somers Point – Longport Boulevard in Egg Harbor Township, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Additional details of the proposed work are available in the attached "Public Notice & Plan Details" attachment. Public comments are due by July 14, 2018.
