    The applicant, the Borough of Wildwood Crest, proposes to perform beach maintenance activities consisting of sand transfer from the lower beach to the upper beach. The proposed nourishment area is the “back beach” between the dunes and the bulkhead, from Jefferson Avenue in the south to Rambler Road in the North, in the Borough of Wildwood Crest, Cape May County, New Jersey. The proposed borrow location for obtaining sand is the oceanfront beach below the high tide line. More details are available in the "Public Notice & Plan Details" attachment.     The applicant, Dewey Beach Enterprises, Incorporated, has applied for a Department of the Army permit to conduct activities in waters of the United States intended to improve public recreational access to Rehoboth Bay at the Ruddertowne commercial development in Dewey Beach, Delaware. The elements of the project include: 1. construct a storm-water outfall pipe 2. improve an existing storm-water outfall pipe 3. re-construct and expand a sandy public beach area; 4. construct a public bay-walk and 5. construct a public fishing/crabbing pier.     The Philadelphia District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) has received a Prospectus to establish a compensatory wetland mitigation bank for Department of the Army permits in accordance with the Federal Rules; “Compensatory Mitigation for Losses of Aquatic Resources”; Final Rule (33 CFR Parts 332 and 40 CFR Part 230) of April 10, 2008. The proposed Quaker Mitigation Bank site is located in Kempton, Berks County, Pennsylvania within 5 parcels, privately owned, principally used for agricultural production and cattle pasture. The purpose of this notice is to solicit comments and recommendations from the public concerning the Prospectus as described in the  Public Notice & Plan Details” attachment. Public comments are due by April 17, 2019.

    The applicant, Delmarva Power and Light Company, proposes to enclose/pipe approximately 330 feet of an unnamed tributary to the Christina River in order to create a parking lot. Delmarva Power & Light is in the process of redeveloping and realigning their operations at the 401 Eagle Run Road site in Newark, Delaware 19702.  The applicants stated purpose is to move the existing employee parking lot to the main property so that employees will no longer need to cross Eagle Run Road by foot.
