    The applicant, New Jersey Department of Transportation Office of Maritime Resources, proposes to perform hydraulic maintenance dredging within Saint George's Thorofare, a state maintained navigation channel (#171), and dispose of the thirteen thousand, three hundred (13,300) cubic yards of dredged material on the Absecon Inlet Beach area. At this time, the applicant is requesting the reauthorization of a ten (10) year maintenance dredging permit to maintain the existing one thousand nine hundred sixty six (1,966) linear feet by one hundred (100) feet wide state navigation channel at the same dimensions, project depth, and utilization of the disposal site/area.     The applicant, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, proposes a beach re-nourishment project within the area designated for the federal beach project by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers known as "Barnegat Inlet to Little Egg Inlet (Long Beach Island). The proposed borrow site for obtaining sand would be an area in the Atlantic Ocean, just outside Little Egg Inlet, beginning approximately 3,000 feet east of the shoreline on the south side of the inlet (Galloway Township, Atlantic County), and extending approximately 9,000 feet to the southeast from there. A maximum of 1,500,000 cubic yards of sand would be pumped hydraulically via a cutter-head pipeline dredge to the beach from the proposed off-shore borrow site.     The applicant, The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) is proposing a total roadway reconstruction and widening of the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-476) from four to six travel lanes, from Milepost A31.3 to Milepost A38.1, in Lower Salford, Franconia, and Salford Townships, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. In general, the overall project consists of widening the existing roadway, shoulders, and medians including the full depth reconstruction of the existing roadway, widening mainline bridges, and the replacement of overhead bridges, drainage, stormwater management, and side road adjustments.
