    The applicant proposes to hydraulically dredge accumulated sediment from within portions of Cooks Creek between Lake Louise and Manasquan River in Point Pleasant Beach Borough, Ocean County, New Jersey. Maintenance dredging would consist of hydraulic dredging of approximately fourteen thousand one hundred forty three cubic yards (~14,143 cy) of sediment comprised of sand and silt, from approximately one thousand (~1,000) feet of the Cooks Creek. Material would be hydraulically dredged and transported via pipeline to the Gull Island CDF. The applicant has requested a 10-year maintenance dredging permit.     The applicant, Hometown Angola Beach, LLC, has applied for a Department of the Army permit to conduct hydraulic dredging of 8,500 cubic yards of accumulated sediment in 2.5 acres of waters of the United States to a depth of -4’ MLW for the Angola Beach and Estates Marina in Sussex County, Delaware. The dredged material will be hydraulically pumped to an existing confined disposal site located in Angola by the Bay. The applicant is requesting a 10 year maintenance permit for hydraulic dredging. Furthermore, the applicant is proposing to expand the marina from 72 slips to 120 slips. More details are available in the "Public Notice & Plan Details" attachment.     The applicant, All Seasons Marina (within Neshaminy State Park), proposes to perform maintenance dredging, by hydraulic (cutterhead – pipeline) method, within an existing marina basin. The applicant is seeking a 10-year maintenance permit, with an initial dredging followed by up to three more dredging events over the ten years. The initial dredging would remove a maximum of 21,000 cubic yards to a design depth of -4 feet at mean low water (MLW), with up to 2 feet of allowable over-dredge, for a maximum dredging depth of -6 feet (MLW). The proposed disposal site is an existing 6.4-acre confined disposal facility (CDF) located on the property immediately to the east of the marina basin and parking lot. The project site is located at the Neshaminy State Park Marina (known as “All Seasons Marina”), 1300 Second Avenue, in the Croydon section of Bristol Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
