    Dredging is proposed in 3 different waterways within Barnegat Bay, Ocean County, New Jersey. The course grained dredged material would be disposed on the Barnegat Light House State Park and the fine grained material within a confined disposal facility located on the Oyster Creek Excelon property in Lacey Township, Ocean County, New Jersey (see Enclosure 1-3).

    LOCATION: The proposed project site is located within and along the western shore of the Delaware River at River Mile 79.2, north of the Delaware state line, in Marcus Hook Borough, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. ACTIVITY: The applicant proposes to modify the existing Dock 1A to allow for the on-loading of ethane, butane, and propane to marine vessels in association with the Sunoco Partners Marketing & Terminals, L.P. -Marcus Hook Mariner East 1 project.

    LOCATION: 122 West Market Street Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware Tax Map Parcels 3-35-8.08-11.01 and 152.00 Lat. 38.77661/Long.-75.13946). ACTIVITY: The applicant, Theodore W. Becker of Harborside Development III, LLC, has applied for a 10-year maintenance dredging permit. The applicant proposes to conduct hydraulic maintenance dredging to a depth of -4’ MLW in 8 boat slips measuring approximately 5,600 square feet at the Inn at Canal Square adjacent to the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, Lewes, Sussex County, Delaware. The dredged material will be hydraulically pumped to an existing confined upland disposal site located at the western end of Anglers Road. The dimensions of the structures are indicated on the attached plans identified as E-1 through E-4.

    The applicant, Perdue Agribusiness, has applied for a Department of the Army Individual Permit to construct a new 28' x 54' wide pier and a 99' x 27' wide dock; placement of 6 new 19 pile timber dolphins and 1 new 12 pile timber dolphin; repair/replacement of one steel dolphin; and installation of 520 linear feet of stone revetment on the Nanticoke River in Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware.
