The stated purpose of this proposed activity is to restore mooring and navigational capabilities to a pre-existing marina and to protect upland development.     This supplemental Public Notice has been issued to clarify a previous public notice. The applicant, Delaware River Partners LLC, proposes to construct a second dock structure at a site known as the Gibbstown Logistics Center that would allow for the transfer of liquefied natural gas products from shore to vessels. The location is in the Gibbstown Section of Greenwich Township, Gloucester County, New Jersey. Details of the actual dredging and construction work remain unchanged.     The applicant, Ocean City, N.J., has requested modification of an existing permit to construct an advanced maintenance sediment trap within Beach Thorofare proximate to the mouth of Snug Harbor in the City of Ocean City, Cape May County, New Jersey. The proposed trap would be an area approximately 1 acre in size, 335 feet long by 132 feet wide (at an elevation of -6’ MLW). The applicant's stated purpose, as presented in their original permit application, was "to provide navigable waters in all areas of the back bay, lagoons and canals of Ocean City for recreational and commercial boating; and, interstate commerce.
