The applicant, All Seasons Marina (within Neshaminy State Park), proposes to perform maintenance dredging, by hydraulic (cutterhead – pipeline) method, within an existing marina basin. The applicant is seeking a 10-year maintenance permit, with an initial dredging followed by up to three more dredging events over the ten years. The initial dredging would remove a maximum of 21,000 cubic yards to a design depth of -4 feet at mean low water (MLW), with up to 2 feet of allowable over-dredge, for a maximum dredging depth of -6 feet (MLW). The proposed disposal site is an existing 6.4-acre confined disposal facility (CDF) located on the property immediately to the east of the marina basin and parking lot. The project site is located at the Neshaminy State Park Marina (known as “All Seasons Marina”), 1300 Second Avenue, in the Croydon section of Bristol Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. More information is available in the "Public Notice and Plan Details" attachment. Public comment deadline is on June 16, 2017.

The applicant, Barnegat Township, proposes to place sand in areas of Federal jurisdiction to replenish a public beach. Fill material would be obtained from a local quarry and transported via truck to the project site. Material would be stockpiled on-shore, landward of the high tide line, before being placed in the waterway using standard construction equipment. Standard construction equipment would be used to manipulate the sand on the beach. The work would only be performed during low tide to minimize levels of turbidity in the waterway. Approximately 0.3 acres waterward of the high tide line would be impacted by the project. No fill, waterward of the high tide line has occurred previously at the site. More details can be found in the "Public Notice & Plan Details" attachment. Public comment deadline is on June 16, 2017.

The applicant, the Township of Little Egg Harbor, proposes to hydraulically dredge accumulated sediment from several creeks and man-made lagoons within Little Egg Harbor Township and Tuckerton Borough, and to beneficially reuse the dredged material by depositing it on nearby areas of degraded tidal marsh and creating a living shoreline. Sediment enrichment would occur by depositing 151,350 cubic yards (CY) of suitable dredged sediment across five distinct areas of degraded tidal salt marsh along Great Bay Boulevard in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. The total area of proposed sediment deposition is approximately 50.461 acres. The living shoreline is proposed to be constructed at the end of Iowa Court in Little Egg Harbor Township.
